Do I need to provide anything to enjoy all the new features of my system?
The alarm system will work very well without any additional facilities but you will enjoy ALL of the many new features when you connect the Smartcom unit (supplied with all systems) to your home network (any of the Zuku, Safaricom Fiber etc)
How do I make payment?
SGA are offering you a great deal. We offer FREE installation and FREE first months service. All you need to do is pay the monthly subscription fee (refer to the Sales Agent for your package pricing and you will be connected immediately. In fact the moment you pay the subscription and download the APP, you will be already able to signal for help.
How long does it take to install the equipment?
The maximum time to install the most sophisticated equipment will be 4 hours. Smaller systems can be installed neatly in a few minutes. All equipment is pre-programmed for you before delivery and so installation is very fast.
Will I need to know how to use the system?
The system is very simple to use. Our technicians will set up your smartphone and show you how to use the equipment to its full capability. We also provide you with links to You Tube where you can refresh your memory if you forget or if you have a new user.
