We are seeking to recruit a Business Coordinator who is of high integrity and self-driven to join our team of frontline staff. The successful candidate will be assigned courier duties at our Head office in Nairobi and branch offices. The ideal candidate should have vast courier experience specifically in the security industry, serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about courier products and issues:

Job Introduction

You will be primarily responsible for managing the collections, distribution and delivery of shipments within your allocated jurisdictions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business growth in the allocated centres to ensure set targets are met.
  • Accountable for all accounting documents in the centres_ and report any misuse,
  • Reconciling daily sales in their specific centres,
  • Ensuring 100% deliveries for all shipments within the stipulated times (as per SLAs),
  • Ensuring proper handover of cash collected, or banking slips in tandem with the company policy / procedure.
  • Responsible for all company assets in their centres and inputs including the ETR Machines, weighing scales, Delivery gadgets and ensuring that they are in good working conditions.
  • Responsible for handing over all the collected shipments for onward transportation to the end destination.
  • He/she should ensure that all statutory and government requirements in offices are well and clearly displayed. This include but not limited to, the list of prohibited goods, copy of trading licences, company Mission statement and vision etc.
  • Ensure the workstation(centre) is well cleaned and organized, and,
  • Be responsible for reporting on incidents, accidents, competitor activities within their allocated centres within the agreeable timelines.


Reporting Responsibility:

  •  Reporting to the Courier Services Manager

Minimum Requirement


Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • O -level education with a minimum of grade D+. Any further training will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer operations knowledge
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili
  • Basic courier knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Basic sales and marketing knowledge will; be an added advantage.



At least two years sales experience having engaged in direct selling and basic marketing programs to support sales.
