Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy consulting or advisory, with proven experience supporting organizations in business strategy, operational optimization, financial performance improvement, and organizational transformation.

This role requires a commercially minded professional with strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and structured problem-solving capabilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating strategy into execution, enhancing operational performance, and supporting the Group’s long-term growth ambitions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Group CEO, supporting the development and execution of key strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance, ensuring alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives.
  • Drive initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, business processes, and cost optimization.
  • Provide robust financial analysis and data-driven insights to support decision-making, planning, and performance management.
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by the Group CEO.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless alignment between strategy, execution, and business outcomes.

 

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • An MBA is an added advantage.
  • Legal knowledge or experience with commercial contracts will be considered an added advantage.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience within a Big 4 Advisory environment (Strategy, Deals Advisory, Performance Improvement, or Consulting), or
  • Demonstrated experience advising organizations on strategy formulation and execution, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact.
