We are are seeking to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead to strengthen its finance function and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, Kenya, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role also involves delivering high-quality management reporting, executive-level presentations, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting process in line with internal guidelines, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives.
  • Partner with Business Unit leaders to develop accurate and timely quarterly forecasts, while monitoring performance against targets.
  • Track and analyse monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) across business lines, identifying trends and recommending performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain product and service pricing models, including detailed costings across all revenue streams.
  • Review and analyse reconciliations between resource deployment and billing to ensure revenue accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare high-impact financial presentations and reports for Group HQ, the Board, Country Director, and senior management.
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards and reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development.

 

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA (K) or ACCA (Finalist or above) is required.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP and accounting systems.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and due diligence.
  • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., MBA or MSc Finance) will be an added advantage.

 

Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Kes 240,000 ( Approx 1884USD)
