We are seeking to recruit Technical Supervisor who are of high integrity and self-driven to join our team of frontline staff.

The successful candidates will be assigned technical supervision duties at our head office in Nairobi and branch offices countrywide.

The ideal candidates should have vast experience as supervisors specifically in the security industry, serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about technical products and issues.


Job Introduction

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the technical supervisors will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the technical team, improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

The supervisors will manage a team of technicians and other direct reports.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning daily customer visits
  • Coordinating maintenance of assigned areas
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Scheduling & coordination of daily tasks assigned to technicians
  • Preparing report summaries for customers and internal use
  • Management of technicians
  • Preparation of daily & monthly activity reports
  • Provide technical support to technicians in the field

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience


Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Telecommunications or a related field from a recognized university
  • Excellent understanding of Integrated Security Solutions (Intruder Detection and Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection)
  • Advanced professional training in project management
  • Knowledge of basic accounting (Budgets/Expenditure/Billing etc.)
  • Knowledge of Kenya market & Kenyan legislation
  • A valid Driver’s/Rider’s License with a minimum of five years continuous driving/ Riding experience



  • 5 years’ experience as a technical supervisor in the security industry
  • Must be experienced in installation and maintenance of:
    • Alarm, CCTV
    • Access Control
    • Fire Alarm
    • Vehicle Barriers Systems

  • Experience in working in fast paced target driven environment
