We are seeking to recruit Technical Supervisor who are of high integrity and self-driven to join our team of frontline staff.
The successful candidates will be assigned technical supervision duties at our head office in Nairobi and branch offices countrywide.
The ideal candidates should have vast experience as supervisors specifically in the security industry, serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about technical products and issues.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the technical supervisors will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the technical team, improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
The supervisors will manage a team of technicians and other direct reports.
