SGA Security Kenya has been recognised for its leadership in social sustainability at the 3rd Kenya ESG Awards, where it was honoured with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Champion Award. The recognition underscores the company’s role in advancing inclusive practices within the private security sector. 

The award celebrates organisations that are embedding Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into their operations in a meaningful and measurable way. It highlights SGA Security’s strong performance under the ‘Social’ pillar of ESG, particularly its success in dismantling gender barriers in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Operating in a sector traditionally dominated by men, SGA Security has taken deliberate steps to dismantle long-standing gender barriers and create pathways for women to not only enter the sector, but to thrive within it.
